EasyCana is a travel and hospitality agency based in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We specialize in airport transfers, private transportation, hotel reservations, tours & excursions, and event planning.

We operate primarily in Punta Cana, Bavaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, La Romana, and Bayahibe. Some tours and services also cover Santo Domingo and other regions of the Dominican Republic.

We are available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM (Dominican Republic time). If you have a reservation for any of our services outside of these hours, we will specifically assign an agent to be available one hour before your scheduled time.

How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Some services can be paid for in cash, such as airport transfers or some tours, but others require a deposit or full payment in advance.

All prices are in US dollars (USD), but we also accept DOP, CAD, EUR, and GBP. Request a personalized quote in your preferred currency.

How do I find my driver at the airport?

Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall with a sign that has your name and the EasyCana logo.

We track flight information in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we readjust your pickup time.

We offer a 50-minute waiting time after your flight lands. If you have any issues during immigration or with your luggage, please contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Yes, child seats are available upon request at no extra cost (please request in advance).

We specialize in private transfers only—your vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group.

What types of tours do you offer?

We offer adventure tours, cultural tours, catamaran & boat trips, family-friendly activities, and premium private experiences.

Many tours are family-friendly. However, some activities (such as ATV, zipline, or alcohol-related tours) may have age restrictions.

Safety is our priority. If a tour is canceled due to bad weather, you can reschedule or receive a refund.

Yes, we offer private tours for those seeking a more personalized experience.

Can EasyCana book my hotel in Punta Cana?

Yes, we partner with various hotels and resorts to secure competitive rates.

Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy, which we will inform you of before booking.

What kind of events can EasyCana organize?

Yes, our team offers full event coordination, from planning to execution.

No. Event deposits are non-refundable, as they secure venues, vendors, and staff.

Absolutely. We manage logistics for both small and large groups, including transfers, tours, and hotel blocks.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Transfers & Tours: Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Within 24 hours or no-shows: Non-refundable.

  • Hotels & Events: Subject to each hotel’s or vendor’s specific policy. Event deposits are non-refundable

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Are EasyCana’s vehicles insured and licensed?

Yes, all vehicles are fully licensed, air-conditioned, and insured according to Dominican regulations.

Most of our drivers speak Spanish and basic or intermediate English. But you don’t have to worry about that, as we receive many people from Asia, the United Arab Emirates, and France through partner agencies, and language has never been an issue. If you need to make a stop, simply let us know and we’ll let the driver know, or use Google Translate with your driver; technology overcomes all those barriers.

Yes, Punta Cana is one of the safest tourist destinations in the Caribbean. However, we always recommend exercising standard safety precautions.

Do you offer 24/7 customer support?

Our live support is available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. If you have a reservation outside of these hours, we’ll assign an agent to be online one hour before your scheduled service time.

Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and may incur fees.
