What is EasyCana?
EasyCana is a travel and hospitality agency based in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We specialize in airport transfers, private transportation, tours & excursions, and event planning.
Where do you operate?
We operate primarily in Punta Cana, Bavaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, La Romana, and Bayahibe. Some tours and services also cover Santo Domingo and other regions of the Dominican Republic.
How can I contact EasyCana?
What are your business hours?
We are available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM (Dominican Republic time). If you have a reservation for any of our services outside of these hours, we will specifically assign an agent to be available one hour before your scheduled time.
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Some services can be paid for in cash, such as airport transfers or some tours, but others require a deposit or full payment in advance.
In which currency do you charge?
All prices are in US dollars (USD), but we also accept DOP, CAD, EUR, and GBP. Request a personalized quote in your preferred currency.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall with a sign that has your name and the EasyCana logo.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track flight information in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we readjust your pickup time.
How long will the driver wait for me?
We offer a 50-minute waiting time after your flight lands. If you have any issues during immigration or with your luggage, please contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes, child seats are available upon request at no extra cost (please request in advance).
Do you offer private transfers or shared shuttles?
We specialize in private transfers only—your vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group.
What types of tours do you offer?
We offer adventure tours, cultural tours, catamaran & boat trips, family-friendly activities, and premium private experiences.
Are tours suitable for children?
Many tours are family-friendly. However, some activities (such as ATV, zipline, or alcohol-related tours) may have age restrictions.
Do you cancel tours due to bad weather?
Safety is our priority. If a tour is canceled due to bad weather, you can reschedule or receive a refund.
Can I book a private tour instead of joining a group?
Yes, we offer private tours for those seeking a more personalized experience.
What kind of events can EasyCana organize?
We specialize in weddings, vow renewals, group travel, birthday celebrations, and corporate events.
Do you provide on-site coordination?
Yes, our team offers full event coordination, from planning to execution.
Are deposits refundable for events?
No. Event deposits are non-refundable, as they secure venues, vendors, and staff.
Can you help with group transfers and accommodations for events?
Absolutely. We manage logistics for both small and large groups, including transfers, tours, and hotel blocks.
What is your cancellation policy?
Transfers & Tours: Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Within 24 hours or no-shows: Non-refundable.
Hotels & Events: Subject to each hotel’s or vendor’s specific policy. Event deposits are non-refundable
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Are EasyCana’s vehicles insured and licensed?
Yes, all vehicles are fully licensed, air-conditioned, and insured according to Dominican regulations.
Do drivers speak English?
Within our team we have drivers with different levels of English: basic, intermediate and fluent. But you don’t have to worry about that, as we receive many people from Asia, the United Arab Emirates, and France through partner agencies, and language has never been an issue. If you need to make a stop, simply let us know and we’ll let the driver know, or use Google Translate with your driver; technology overcomes all those barriers.
Is Punta Cana safe for tourists?
Yes, Punta Cana is one of the safest tourist destinations in the Caribbean. However, we always recommend exercising standard safety precautions.
Do you offer 24/7 customer support?
Our live support is available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. If you have a reservation outside of these hours, we’ll assign an agent to be online one hour before your scheduled service time.
What if I need to change my booking last minute?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and may incur fees.
Do you offer VIP or concierge services?
Yes. We can arrange luxury vehicles, private chefs, yacht rentals, and more.
Can you create custom packages?
Yes! We can design a tailor-made package combining transfers, tours, etc.
Do you only work with tourists, or also with locals?
We serve both international visitors and Dominican residents.
