Welcome to EasyCana. By booking or using any of our services – including but not limited to airport transfers, private transportation, tours and excursions, event planning, and VIP concierge services in Punta Cana and the Dominican Republic – you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made directly through EasyCana via our website, email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Please read carefully, as these Terms and Conditions establish a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”, “you”) and EasyCana (“we”, “our”, “the Company”).
1. Scope of Services
EasyCana provides travel-related services including:
- Airport Transfers & Ground Transportation: airport pick-ups, hotel/villa transfers, group vans, private chauffeur services.
- Tours & Excursions: cultural, adventure, family, nightlife, and premium experiences in the Dominican Republic.
- Event Planning: weddings, corporate events, group trips, celebrations, and special occasions.
- VIP Concierge Services: restaurant and club reservations, table service, special access, and tailor-made premium experiences.
EasyCana may act as:
- A direct service provider (for example, when transportation is operated directly by us); and/or
- An intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (such as tour operators, activity providers, restaurants, clubs, venues, and other local partners).
When acting as an intermediary, the terms, conditions, and policies of each third-party provider may also apply.
2. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings can be made through our official website, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Some services can be reserved with pay-on-arrival (cash), while others require a deposit or full prepayment to confirm the reservation.
- Whether a service allows pay-on-arrival or requires a deposit/full prepayment will be clearly indicated during the booking process or in your quotation/confirmation.
- Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and online payment platforms.
- All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified.
EasyCana reserves the right to request prepayment or a deposit for any booking, especially in cases of high demand periods, large groups, events, VIP services, or repeated no-shows.
3. Pricing, Fees and Currency
- Prices shown are per service or per person, as indicated.
- Prices may be updated at any time; however, once your booking is confirmed and you have received written confirmation, your price will not change, except in cases of clear errors or agreed modifications.
- Bank, processing, or currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
4. Cancellations, Changes and No-Shows
All cancellations and modification requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) and acknowledged by EasyCana.
4.1 General Rules
- Standard cancellation window: unless otherwise stated for a specific service, changes or cancellations should be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Requests received within 24 hours are considered late cancellations and may be subject to full charge.
- A no-show is when the client does not appear at the agreed meeting point and time, and does not contact EasyCana within a reasonable time frame.
These rules apply regardless of whether you chose to pay in cash on arrival or via deposit/full prepayment. When prepayment exists, the same rules apply in the form of refunds or non-refunds, as detailed below.
4.2 Airport Transfers & Ground Transportation
Pay-on-arrival (cash) bookings:
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: no penalty applies.
- If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up at the pick-up point (no-show):
- EasyCana reserves the right to mark the booking as a no-show, and
- require prepayment for any future bookings or refuse future reservations in cases of repeated no-shows.
Prepaid transfers (deposit or full payment):
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time:
- the amount paid will be refunded, minus any bank/processing fees.
- If you cancel within 24 hours or in case of no-show:
- the amount paid is non-refundable.
Airport waiting time and flight monitoring:
- EasyCana includes up to 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport, counted from the moment your flight has landed and arrived at the gate, according to the official flight status.
- As part of our service, we monitor your flight and automatically adjust the pick-up time in case of delays or early arrivals. You do not need to contact us to report regular flight delays or early arrivals that appear in the airline’s system.
- You must inform us if:
- your flight is cancelled and you are rebooked onto another flight,
- you decide not to take the flight, or
- you decide to cancel the transfer service entirely.
- If more than 60 minutes pass after your flight has arrived and:
- you are not at the meeting point, and
- you have not contacted EasyCana to inform us of any situation (such as lost luggage, immigration delays, or other issues),
- If you contact us within or after the first 60 minutes to inform us of a situation, EasyCana will do its best to accommodate you, subject to vehicle and schedule availability. Any additional waiting time or rescheduling may be subject to extra charges.
4.3 Shared / Regular Tours & Excursions
Pay-on-arrival (cash) bookings:
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time: no penalty.
- Cancel within 24 hours or no-show: EasyCana may require prepayment for future bookings or deny future reservations in case of repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Prepaid tours (deposit or full payment):
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time:
- the amount paid will be refunded, minus any bank/processing fees.
- Cancel within 24 hours or in case of no-show:
- the amount paid is non-refundable.
If a tour must be cancelled by EasyCana or the operator (for example, due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or minimum participants not met), you will be offered:
- an alternative date, or
- a full refund of any amount paid for that specific tour.
4.4 Private & Customized Tours
Private or fully customized tours generally require a deposit of 30% of the total value to confirm the booking.
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date and time:
- the 30% deposit is refundable, minus any bank/processing fees and any non-refundable costs already incurred with third-party providers (if applicable).
- If you cancel within 24 hours or in case of no-show:
- the 30% deposit becomes non-refundable.
Any specific cancellation or payment terms for a private/custom tour will be communicated in your quotation/booking confirmation and will prevail over this general text in case of conflict.
4.5 Event Planning Services
For events such as weddings, corporate events, group trips, or special celebrations, a deposit is required to confirm services. The amount and schedule of this deposit will be defined case-by-case in your quotation, proposal, or event contract.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise in your event agreement, event deposits are non-refundable once the event is confirmed, as they are used to secure dates, venues, suppliers, and other non-refundable components.
- Additional payments and balances will follow the payment schedule and cancellation terms specified in your event contract.
- Late cancellations may result in partial or total loss of amounts paid, depending on the policies of the venues and third-party suppliers involved.
The event proposal or contract you receive from EasyCana will detail the specific cancellation deadlines and penalties applicable to your event, and those terms shall prevail over this general section.
4.6 VIP Concierge Services
VIP concierge services may include, but are not limited to: restaurant reservations, nightclub/table bookings, bottle service, special access, and tailor-made premium experiences.
- VIP concierge services typically require a deposit or full prepayment to secure reservations with third-party providers.
- Once a reservation is confirmed with a supplier (restaurant, club, venue, etc.), their own cancellation and refund policies apply. Many of these bookings may be non-refundable or only partially refundable after a certain deadline.
- EasyCana will inform you, to the best of its ability, of any non-refundable components at the time of booking or confirmation.
Where a refund is possible from a third-party provider, EasyCana will process it to you, minus any bank/processing fees and any non-refundable amount retained by the provider.
5. Client Responsibilities
By booking with EasyCana, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal, travel, and contact information.
- Be on time at the agreed pick-up points and meeting locations.
- Inform EasyCana promptly of any flight cancellations or major changes affecting your transfers or tours.
- Carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID) when required.
- Comply with instructions from drivers, guides, coordinators, security personnel, and venue staff.
- Respect local laws, customs, and safety regulations.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of services without refund and/or refusal of future bookings.
6. Liability and Limitations
EasyCana is not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses caused directly or indirectly by:
- Weather conditions
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Traffic or road conditions
- Illness, accidents, theft, or acts of negligence by third parties
- Force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, political unrest, or other events beyond our control)
When EasyCana acts as an intermediary, the ultimate responsibility for the service lies with the third-party provider, whose own terms and conditions will also apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyCana’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6.1 Insurance for Tours & Excursions
Tours and excursions offered through EasyCana and operated by our local partners are covered by the civil liability insurance policy of the tour operator in charge of the activity.
- This policy currently provides coverage of up to USD 25,000 per person for certain medical expenses and accident-related events, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the insurance contract.
- This insurance is issued and administered by third-party insurers through the tour operator, not directly by EasyCana.
- Coverage generally applies only during the performance of the activity and under normal, safe participation conditions.
This liability insurance provides an additional layer of protection for our clients while taking part in the covered activities. For broader protection — such as trip interruption, baggage loss, repatriation, or incidents outside the activity — we recommend that you also hold your own personal travel insurance from your preferred provider.
7. Health, Safety and Participation
- Some activities (such as adventure tours, water sports, and nightlife experiences) may have specific age, health, or physical condition requirements.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you, and any members of your group, meet the participation requirements and disclose any relevant medical conditions.
- EasyCana and its partners reserve the right to refuse participation to any person whose behavior, condition, or level of intoxication may pose a risk to themselves or others, without refund.
- Failure to follow safety instructions or engaging in reckless or prohibited behavior may result in exclusion from the activity and may affect the applicability of the operator’s insurance coverage.
8. Privacy and Communications
EasyCana respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to:
- process reservations,
- provide and manage the services you have booked, and
- communicate with you regarding your trip.
We will not sell or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties. We may contact you by email, WhatsApp, or phone to:
- confirm or modify bookings,
- send service updates or instructions, and
- share important information related to your reservation.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with services provided by EasyCana shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using EasyCana’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
