Welcome to EasyCana. By booking or using any of our services, including but not limited to airport transfers, private transportation, hotel reservations, tours, excursions, event planning, and related travel assistance in Punta Cana and the Dominican Republic, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made directly through EasyCana via our website, email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Please read carefully, as these Terms and Conditions establish a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client,” “you”) and EasyCana (“we,” “our,” “the Company”).
1. Scope of Services
- EasyCana provides travel and hospitality services including:
- Transfers & Private Transportation: airport pick-ups, hotel transfers, group vans, private chauffeur services.
- Hotel Reservations: bookings at partner hotels and resorts.
- Tours & Excursions: cultural, adventure, family, and premium experiences in the Dominican Republic.
- Event Planning: weddings, corporate events, group travel coordination, and special occasions.
- EasyCana acts as both a service provider (when transportation is operated directly by us) and as an intermediary (when services are fulfilled by third-party suppliers such as hotels, tour operators, and venues).
2. Reservations and Payments
- Bookings can be made through our official website, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the service.
- Accepted payment methods will be clearly indicated during booking (credit/debit card, bank transfer, online payment platforms, etc.).
- All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- All cancellations must be requested in writing (email or WhatsApp) and acknowledged by EasyCana.
- Refund policy:
- Up to 24 hours before the scheduled service: full refund (minus any processing/bank fees).
- Within 24 hours of the service: no refund.
- No-shows: non-refundable.
- Certain services (such as hotel bookings, special tours, or event deposits) may be subject to stricter cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Modifications
- Reservation changes (time, date, service type, passenger number) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the modification.
- EasyCana reserves the right to adjust itineraries, routes, or service details due to traffic, weather conditions, safety concerns, supplier availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
By booking with EasyCana, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal, travel, and contact information.
- Be on time for scheduled pick-ups, transfers, tours, or events.
- Inform EasyCana of any flight changes, delays, or cancellations affecting your service.
- Carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID) when required.
- Comply with instructions from drivers, guides, and event coordinators.
- Respect local laws, customs, and safety regulations.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of service without refund.
6. Liability and Limitations
- EasyCana is not responsible for delays, accidents, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Traffic or road conditions
- Illness, accidents, or acts of negligence by third parties
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, etc.)
- EasyCana does not provide travel insurance. Clients are strongly advised to purchase independent travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, lost luggage, and trip cancellations.
- In cases where EasyCana acts as an intermediary, responsibility lies with the third-party service provider.
7. Special Terms for Specific Services
a) Transfers & Private Transportation
- Free waiting time at airports: up to 50 minutes after your flight lands. After this time, you must contact us and inform us of the delay, otherwise your service may be canceled.
- Clients must provide correct flight details. EasyCana is not responsible for missed pick-ups due to incorrect or incomplete information.
b) Tours & Excursions
- If a tour is canceled due to weather conditions, customers will be offered an alternative date or a refund.
- Some activities may have age, health, or physical restrictions. Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet the requirements.
c) Hotel Reservations
- Hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of each hotel or resort. EasyCana will communicate these policies before confirmation.
d) Event Planning
- Deposits for event planning services (weddings, corporate events, group packages) are non-refundable.
- Final payments must be completed within the timeline indicated in the event contract.
8. Privacy Policy
- EasyCana respects your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will only be used to process reservations and provide services.
- We will never sell or share your information with unauthorized third parties.
- Communication may be made via email, WhatsApp, or phone to confirm bookings and provide service updates.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
- Any disputes arising from services provided by EasyCana shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.

By booking or using EasyCana’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
